Goodbye to Barca.. Real Madrid opens negotiations to sign him

The reliable Spanish newspaper El Nacional said that Real Madrid has already begun negotiations for a major deal that would be a severe blow to the traditional rival if it happens.

Barcelona is living disastrous days after the team’s performance and results declined, unlike the ideal start to the season, and the crisis of Dani Olmo not registering in La Liga is casting a shadow over the club.

For its part, Real Madrid seeks to strengthen its team, which has begun to regain its winning streak after a fluctuating start to the season, as it managed to overtake Barcelona in the La Liga standings and is only one point behind the leader, Atletico Madrid.

Returning to Barcelona and Dani Olmo, we remember the great interest of Joan Laporta in signing Nico Williams after his remarkable brilliance with the Spanish national team in the Euro, but this interest did not result in signing him and he remained at Athletic Bilbao.

According to the aforementioned newspaper, Real Madrid has already started negotiating with Nico Williams to sign him in the summer of 2025 to replace Rodrigo Goes.

Nico Williams is young, very good, wanted by Real Madrid and on top of that his price is affordable (€56m) and signing him at the Santiago Bernabéu would be a huge blow to Barcelona.
